What counts as a roofing emergency?

Water entering the building now, storm or wind damage, lifted or punctured roof sections, and any leak reaching equipment, inventory or production. A slow drip over a storage aisle can be scheduled; the same drip over electrical gear cannot.

How quickly can you get to us?

Will the first visit fix the leak permanently?

Usually not, and that is deliberate. The first visit stabilises the roof and stops water entering. Permanent membrane work needs dry conditions to last, so it follows once the situation is controlled.

What should we do before you arrive?

Protect people and the interior first, contain water where you safely can, and photograph everything while it is still clear. Avoid improvised patching — it rarely holds, and it hides the real entry point from the crew.
